Happy New Year 2022!
As another year comes to a close, we would be remiss if we didn’t look back on the year it was as we push toward a new year that brings new challenges and learnings.
While being one of the most challenging years, 2021 was a year of some big projects and growth for Sunrise Construction. We started the year by completing 2 huge full home renovations that had begun in the last half of 2020. Our Salem and Graham projects. Taking these two completely outdated homes and transforming them into something our clients were over the moon about was definitely something we loved to see during trying times and a great way to start the year. As the year progressed we had to adapt with new COVID restrictions and new processes and ways of completing projects. We wrapped up all our residential projects scheduled for the first few months of the year without a hitch despite the challenging obstacles and we have to thank our fantastic clients for being understanding and allowing us to come into their homes.
Midway through the year we had the opportunity to build new connections and start our new apartment unit restoration and renovation program in Hamilton. By taking outdated apartment units in the heart of Hamilton and completely renovating them into sleek, desireable units, we’re creating affordable, modern living spaces that will pave the way for the future of housing in Hamilton, which is quickly evolving.
